What is the process temperature mentioned by the original poster? You might consider choosing a screw pump.
Reply to 2# jiafengwang: The temperature is at room temperature. Is it a single-screw pump? A variable-frequency motor is required. Are you really sure this will work?
Reply to 1# shglpv: Internal gear pumps are not suitable for handling high-viscosity fluids; an external gear pump is required for this purpose. For example, Magura gear pumps from Switzerland are highly effective for such applications.
It is recommended to use the Nutsche single-suction pumps from Lanzhou Pump Industry Company (of German origin); they can be installed in vertical or horizontal configuration as required. An insulated version should also be chosen to meet the requirements of the material handling conditions.
