When manufacturing stainless steel end caps by rolling, is heat treatment required?
Spin rolling does not require heat treatment, while stamping does. Stainless steel is generally rolled using the spinning method.
Is heat treatment required after spinning?
Heat treatment mainly depends on the medium used inside the equipment. I believe that whether it is spin rolling or stamp rolling, as long as materials with a low flash point are used, heat treatment is necessary.
