What is an elevated source?

When filling out a form, is there any standard that defines what an elevated source is?

Haven’t heard of it before. I’ve learned it.* :D
These days, there are indeed many cases of high-altitude emission sources over 100 meters in large-scale projects, such as power station chimneys, SO2 emission stacks in sulfur processing units, and flares. In one project, the CO2 emission stack was located in an inappropriate position (upwind), which even led to the shutdown of the air separation unit.
