The end does not need to be fixed; backwashing is carried out using dilute hydrochloric acid
The other end hangs down naturally; you can simply remove a set and lift it to see clearly. Reverse washing? Do you think it’s a resin tower? Recoil + pickling? I don’t know who came up with this name; pickling is done using 15% hydrochloric acid
I’ve installed it, and the other end isn’t fixed at all – it hangs down naturally. The filter needs to be cleaned regularly using dilute hydrochloric acid at a concentration of around 15%. The specific process and time depend on the pressure difference, with the entire process being controlled by a PLC
For the other section, there is no need for fixation; it can be inserted directly. Backwashing is still done using saline, as per the preset program. The typical filtration cycle is 1200–1800 seconds, while the backwashing time is usually 30 seconds.
For backwashing, there is a dedicated backwash tank; once the filtration time is up, saltwater passes through this tank to create a vacuum inside the membrane, thereby causing solid impurities to detach from the membrane.
The other end doesn’t need to be fixed; there is a backwashing procedure for backwashing, and it’s sufficient to set that up using dilute acid
Thank you all. However, we would like to build a filter on our own, as the filters produced by manufacturers are usually 100 square meters in size, while we only need one that is 10 square meters. Reply to 8# chuyongfa: What for? Do it by yourself? Do what you’re good at; there are professional companies that handle such tasks. If a low amount of salt and water is required, ceramic membranes or Sieve filters can be used for treatment
