Continental Oil’s Conoco has been merged into ConocoPhillips, and ConocoPhillips’ coking technology has been sold entirely to Bechtel; FW is now known as AMEC FW. In China’s coking industry, LOPEC, RIPP, or NB are used. The heating furnace technology developed by the Petroleum University seems quite advanced; however, due to limitations related to the integration of process packages, it is not widely adopted in new installations, but it is frequently used for upgrading existing plants
