Our workshop is equipped with a catalytic electrodesalination unit. Before undergoing electrodesalination, the crude oil needs to be heat-exchanged: 1. Heat exchange between the feed oil and the intermediate oil; 2. Heat exchange between the feed oil and steam. What are the steps for putting the heat exchanger for feed oil and intermediate oil into operation?
First, feed the crude oil and start the circulation line to take it out of the unit. More steam is added to heat slowly, bringing the feed oil to a certain temperature; then the reaction feed is introduced. The gas and oil produced are sent for distillation, while the intermediate products and the feed oil exchange heat until they reach the specified temperature.
