I would like to ask everyone: Do the waste heat boilers in waste heat power plants also require energy efficiency testing?
If you want to test the boiler’s efficiency, you can do so. The method involves multiplying the enthalpy increase of the working fluid at all the inlets and outlets of the soda water system by the corresponding flow rates and adding these values together. Then, the enthalpy increase of the flue gas at the inlets and outlets of the waste heat boiler (non-reburning type) is multiplied by the flue gas flow rate; dividing the former value by the latter gives the efficiency of the waste heat boiler.
