What are the typical capacities of polymerization reactors these days? How should they be selected, and what are the advantages and disadvantages of different capacities? A brief overview will do!
The size of the polymerization reactor vessel is determined by the requirements of the production process, right? These different production processes vary greatly; we have polymerization reactors for our projects that operate with the tank filled to capacity. But under normal circumstances, the loading factor for ordinary polymerization reactors is around 50% to 80%.
