Saline water problem

In front of the pressure vessels in our factory, there are four steam-water mixers; during operation, it sometimes happens that one or two of these mixers experience flow fluctuations while the flow rates of the others remain stable. Is this reason due to poor air dissolution, or is there some other cause? # + + .
It’s unclear: is it one gas-water mixer in front of the pressure tank, or four gas-water mixers for one pressure dissolved air tank? And is the pressure pump a one-to-four setup or a one-to-one setup? Your question is not very clear
