Our plant’s atmospheric-pressure unit is equipped with a vacuum pump model W-300; it experiences low vacuum levels and a dirty system. How can this be resolved? What should be done from the perspective of processes and equipment?
What type of vacuum pump do you have?
What fluid does your vacuum pump use as a working medium? Consider adding a filtering device; if it’s water, replacing it a few times will improve the situation significantly. If the vacuum level is low, check the pipeline system first; if there are no issues, then check the equipment!

Start by selecting the appropriate equipment; dry pumps could be an option, with claw pumps being a good choice. If there is a large amount of dust, consider installing a filter before the air inlet
