What does that mean? How is it calculated? Where can I find the information in the standards? What is the weight of flanges and flange covers?
Look, HG/T21514~21535-2005 specifies the meaning of each code; you just need the standard number, and then this manhole will be complete
Take a look at the standards for manholes; you haven’t specified the standard number here. Based on the pressure rating, it should belong to the type with a neck and welded joints. For more details, refer to 21518 or 21521-2005. The flanges are made of 16Mn forged material, and the relevant standards include examples of markings; fasteners, gaskets, etc. are also covered in those standards
RF seal surface type: Class III material; Among them, the equal-length double-headed studs are made of 35CrMoA, while the gasket materials consist of inner and outer rings as well as metal strips. The D-type gasket features a swivel cover with a necked butt-welded flange manhole. The nominal pressure is 2.5 MPa. The size is selected based on the nominal pressure, and then the weight is calculated.
The weight of the flange can be found in the appendix of HG/T20592-20635-2009, where the weights of both the flange and the flange cover are specified!
