The exhaust fan room is quite high, at 30 meters, making it difficult to transport aerated blocks there. Can it be changed to walls made of color steel plates? I see two disadvantages: 1. The colored steel panels do not provide sound insulation, and the exhaust fans generate considerable vibration noise; 2. The indoor insulation is poor. What would be the effect of using colored steel panels together with soundproofing material, and could there be any fire safety risks?

For exhaust fan rooms of the diphenyl ether type alone, color-coated steel sheets are completely sufficient. However, the main consideration is the fire hazard classification and fire resistance rating requirements of other structures connected to the exhaust fan room. With current technology, it is no problem to achieve a fire resistance rating of 3 hours for color-coated steel plates.
