What are the different methods of boiler ventilation? What is balanced ventilation in boilers?
This post was last edited by zgj2405 on 2011-6-11 09:16. I. Boiler ventilation methods include: 1. Positive pressure ventilation； 2. Negative pressure ventilation. Negative pressure ventilation is quite common; it keeps the work area clean and facilitates civilized production, but it can lead to boiler shutdowns. II. Balanced ventilation of boilers: Exhaust fans are used to remove flue gases, while supply fans are used to introduce air; a balance is achieved between these fans, thereby maintaining a slight negative pressure inside the boiler furnace. This method is known as balanced ventilation, and it is the approach commonly used in boilers.
Put simply, there are two types: natural ventilation and forced ventilation!
At the construction site, in combination with the drawings, as mentioned above, there are supply fans (located indoors) and exhaust fans (used for smoke removal after desulfurization in front of the chimney).
