Problems with vacuum filters

I would like to ask everyone: which company is experiencing clogging of the porous plates on the trays of its vacuum flat-plate filters? Has the cause been properly analyzed? Recently, the porous plates of the filters in our company have been getting clogged frequently, and it is extremely difficult to clean them, which affects the continuous operation of the filters. I earnestly ask all experts for their guidance!
It seems that none of you have encountered the same problem. After several days of analysis, I believe the main reason is that one filter press operates continuously, while the other one, which is shut down, does not have time to be flushed; as a result, sludge accumulates in its plates, which leads to reduced filtering efficiency of the filter press.
No way, the filter cloth must be damaged, but it shouldn’t be blocked to that extent; I’ve never seen that happen
If there is no leakage through the filter cloth, then rinse it more thoroughly.
It’s possible that due to prolonged operation, the flocculant has stuck to the filter cloth, resulting in increased vacuum pressure and a poor filtering effect by the filter cloth
It is recommended to replace the filter cloth with a higher-quality one, or increase the amount of water used for rinsing it
