Can the circulating water pipes pass through Class A production buildings?

Can the circulating water return pipe (Φ219) in the factory pass through the Class A production building?
Aren’t such large pipes usually delivered underground? Then allocated to the workshop. The main pipes are installed outdoors
It can be passed through; the building codes only require that combustible materials cannot pass through firewalls! I have worked on similar projects

It can be crossed. If a firewall is encountered, it can also be bypassed, but a sleeve needs to be added and filled with something else. The blast wall cannot be crossed.
