Gas leakage problem in diaphragm compressors

Yesterday, one of the hydrogen compressors in our facility, model D105V60-200 (the unit was operating normally before it stopped), showed air leakage when started up, and the oil pressure was unstable. What faults exist, and which aspects need to be checked?
Could you be more specific? Where is the air leakage? How does the shifting work?
Air leakage at the piston rod results in insufficient compressor flow rate.
