Sampling from hydrogenation reactors

I would like to ask how people take samples from hydrogenation reactors. The pressure is 8 MPa and the temperature is 140 degrees Celsius. The sampling port is located on the main discharge pipe; a length of expansion tube is connected there, which makes it easy for employees to get splashed while taking samples. Since the hydrogenated liquid contains catalysts, it can also easily get clogged. (A sample must be taken and analyzed before each discharge to ensure the content is within specifications before discharging.) I wonder what sampling methods other manufacturers use?
Sampling in hydrogenation reactions has always been a challenge; it would be best not to take samples at all. Our company experienced a fire accident due to sampling, which burned down half of the workshop. It’s mainly because the palladium carbon in the sampling port caught fire!
I don’t know if there’s any good way? ? ?
