For materials with a boiling point below that in the piping, is there a certain distance between such pipes and the steam pipes? What is that distance?
The steam pipes are insulated, so it should have little impact

You mean the boiling point isn’t very high, right? A normal distance should be sufficient since there is insulation involved. But if factors such as leaks are taken into account, the distance can be a bit larger, as long as they’re not on the same vertical plane.
Just design it according to normal pipeline standards
Try to avoid being directly above the steam pipes, so as to prevent poor insulation from causing problems or leading to leaks. The layout of the material pipelines and steam pipelines should follow the standard design requirements.
