What’s the progress of Guodian Yinglite?

Are there any SeaFriends working on the Guodian Yinglite Ningdong project? How is the methanol project progressing there, and when will they start hiring?
It is under construction, and it’s unclear to what extent it has progressed. Last year, a group of people were recruited to study on a paid basis at Lanzhou Petrochemical Vocational and Technical College! A job posting was issued to recruit engineers, with the deadline being May 30th. It’s over.
Oh, are they still hiring people in the craft field? The persons in charge of each project, skilled workers, etc.?
