The compressor runs a nitrogen circulation, uses a start-up ejector to raise the temperature, and then introduces process gas once the catalyst reaches its active temperature.

There are cooling and separation equipment – what is there to worry about? The design includes a port for adding nitrogen gas; nitrogen can be supplied through this port, and the system will then circulate according to the established process. There is also a port for adding reducing gases, which can be added in quantities corresponding to the specified levels in order to effect reduction
In a reduction reaction, water vapor is definitely necessary. It’s separated in the separator, no pressure on compression!
In our plant, 0.8-pressure nitrogen is first used to raise the pressure through a compressor, followed by further pressurization using 3.2-pressure nitrogen. The catalyst is reduced in a hydrogen environment, and the actual and theoretical water output amounts are calculated. After the reduction process is complete, the pressure is raised to a level similar to that of the purified feed gas, at which point the gas can be connected
