Desalinated water will do. The chilled water used for heat exchange undergoes heat exchange through a plate heat exchanger

Electrode water and jacket water are two separate systems.
The electrode water must meet certain requirements regarding conductivity; the specific values depend on the requirements set by the electrical equipment manufacturers. The jacket water is simply the circulating water used in the factory.
16-18 megohms, resistivity
Pure water: resistivity of over 10 megohms. Ultra-pure water: resistivity of over 18 megohms. Pure water is generally used. Ultra-pure water is generally used for analysis.
Soft water or deionized water will suffice; pay attention to the pH value during operation to prevent corrosion
The water used for the electrodes has specific requirements regarding conductivity; it is usually deionized water. The water used for the jacket system also needs to have good quality – if I remember correctly, it is also deionized water
