Natural gas pipeline opening issues

There is currently a DN150 natural gas pipeline, and an outlet branch pipe is desired to be created in the middle of it. Please ask a professional to come up with a plan. Thank you!
Calculate reinforcement, develop a welding plan, weld, inspect, and it’s done.
Just set up a branch pipe station and that’s it; no calculations needed.
After welding, inspection is probably still needed. Should we apply pressure?
The general steps mentioned by those upstairs are correct; could someone provide me with a more detailed welding plan? Or if you have done design work in this area before, provide scores and reference materials. Thank you first
