Is there an expiration date for the basic course exams required to register as a chemical engineer? Once the basic courses are completed, can the professional courses be taken at any time?
I heard that there is no time limit; once you have passed the basic exams, you can take the specialized exams at any time. I’m not sure if this is accurate.
I would like to ask the same question as well. Based on my analysis of the documents, I believe that once the basic exam is passed, the score remains valid for an extended period of time.
Are there certificates for both the basic and professional exams? If you pass the basic exam and then change jobs to a different location, can you still take the exam again?
I want to ask this question too! Is there a time limit after passing the basic courses? That is, I graduated from undergraduate studies in 2004; can I take the specialized courses right away after passing the basic courses?

It’s not the case that one can be exempt from taking the basic exam after 8 years of experience; what this means is that those who had 8 years of work experience as of December 31, 2002, are exempt from taking the basic exam.
