How should the central DCS be maintained during equipment maintenance? What is the service life of the main control card battery?

Scenario 1: Willing to spend money to have the manufacturer come and perform repairs, obtain a repair report, and extend the warranty period. Scenario 2: Unwilling to spend money; first discuss the repairs with the manufacturer, have them explain the repair process, and then carry out the repairs oneself. A brief overview of the repairs is as follows: 1. Assess the current usage status, identify the fault points and possible causes, prepare the necessary spare parts, as well as back up the system software and operating parameters. 2. Power off the system and disassemble it; clean the power supply of the control station as well as the dust on the cards (anhydrous alcohol can be used for cleaning depending on the specific situation). 3. Restore the system, replace the faulty components, swap out the main control card battery, upgrade the chips, and update the system software. 4. System testing.
