Firstly, I didn’t see your picture. Secondly, it’s not necessary for the level gauge to reach the bottom of the container; the distance from the bottom usually depends on the substance inside the container, such as gasoline, and whether there is water or sludge present
The slope should lead towards the container; as for the medium, it depends on the principles followed when selecting the pipeline
It is generally not necessary to have two sets of level gauges. The lower end of the level gauge must be in contact with the liquid, while the upper end does not need to be in contact. A certain slope is acceptable, but this approach is generally not used; the outlet can be installed at the bottom, with a collection groove provided there. The material is determined based on the substance; seamless pipes are generally used when there is no risk of corrosion.
