The information regarding the production processes of triamines that can be found on forums dates back mainly to around 2009; it seems that no one has discussed this topic in the past two years. Could anyone please tell us about the current state of technologies used in the production of melamine? ? ? It’s been 2 years now, and many manufacturing processes must have undergone appropriate modifications to become more efficient and consume less energy. I would like to ask those of you, especially those from manufacturers, if you could provide an overview of the production situation as it was in 2011 ? ? ?

Currently, there is a trend in the one-step process toward moving from normal pressure to lower pressure, which results in lower energy consumption; moreover, fewer materials are required for systems with the same production capacity! Many factories have already adopted this technology, and operating two triamine units in series would be even more beneficial for saving energy and reducing consumption!
