When should a flocculant be added during the start-up of a Texaco gasification unit?

We start adding the flocculant 7-8 hours before driving. After feeding material into the gasification furnace, the bottom flow pump in the sedimentation tank becomes severely clogged; it’s difficult to clean the pump inlet, and the filter is also heavily contaminated with water. May I ask, when do you guys start adding the flocculant?

Do you drive in a raw manner or a normal manner? If you drive in a raw manner, you are adding the flocculant too early
