With all other conditions unchanged, the oxygen content in the regenerated flue gas decreases, and the stripping effect in the stripping section is poor.
The most scientific way to determine the efficiency of stripping in the stripping section is to take samples of the raw material and conduct observations and analyses on them. Regenerated flue gas analysis is only used to determine the coking condition of the regenerator and the volume of the main air flow. In my opinion, when it comes to the reaction temperature at automatic speeds, there is basically no evidence to prove an inevitable connection between the two!
The most direct way to determine the stripping efficiency of the catalyst in the stripping section is by analyzing the carbon content of the raw catalyst, which is generally around 1.5%. If regeneration is carried out with an oxygen-enriched atmosphere, the stripping steam can be adjusted while keeping other conditions constant, in order to observe changes in the oxygen content of the flue gas during regeneration. When the oxygen content in the regenerator reaches a certain level and remains stable, this represents the optimal stripping effect. The amount of stripping steam is generally around 4.5% of the catalyst circulation rate.
