The desulfurization load is high and the amount of recycled air is low; there may be a buildup of by-products in the system
Low sulfur production and obvious precipitation of sulfur paste in each tank indicate poor regeneration; this may be due to insufficient air volume, as well as overly low control settings. Sulfur particles are small and difficult to float; the excessive slag produced in the sulfur melting tank is due to improper heat dissipation in that tank, which results in insufficient melting of the sulfur. The sulfur content in the slag can be tested to verify this; considering replacing the desulfurizing agent and the sulfur melting tank might be an option, haha
