The furnace negative pressure gauge swings far in the negative direction. c. The steam pressure and temperature decrease. d. The drum water level first drops and then rises. e. The steam flow decreases sharply during parallel operation, and increases sharply during single-boiler operation. F. The flame is not visible in the industrial television or at the on-site viewing ports, and the flame monitoring device triggers an alarm. Handling: a. Immediately stop powder feeding and oil supply, and cease the operation of the powder production system. Close the supply fan inlet guide door and the exhaust fan inlet guide door to keep the exhaust fan and the supply fan running. When operating in parallel, close the furnace door (it does not need to be closed when operating a single furnace). Close the main valve for the cooling water. Report to the shift supervisor. b. Isolate each automatic control device, paying attention to adjusting the water level and steam temperature. Open the superheater drain valve as appropriate. c. Increase the negative pressure in the combustion chamber and ventilate for 3–5 minutes to remove combustible materials from within the combustion chamber and the flue. d. Identify the cause of the fire and eliminate it, then restart the ignition. If the fault cannot be resolved in a short time, proceed with a normal shutdown. Disengage the furnace fire protection before ignition. e. Ignition by detonation using continuous feeding of powder and oil is prohibited, as is blind oil injection for ignition in a non-ventilated environment. f. In the event of an explosion in the combustion chamber due to improper handling during boiler shutdown, immediately stop supplying fuel and air to the combustion chamber, shut down the exhaust fans and supply fans, and close their dampers. Inspect the condition of the combustion chamber and flue, and restore the open explosion-proof doors and other openings. Only after confirming that the equipment is intact and functioning properly, with no sources of fire in the flue, can the exhaust fan and the supply fan be started, with their inlet guide doors gradually opened. After ventilating for 5–10 minutes, reignite.
