Our facility has a centrifugal pump used for pumping syrup; it is equipped with an 11KW, 4-pole motor. A Siemens 15KW frequency converter is used to regulate the liquid level by changing the frequency. However, once the frequency exceeds 35Hz, the pump shuts down due to excessive flow, even though the frequency converter itself isn’t damaged. I hope experts out there can help analyze this issue!
