The high fuel gas pressure alarm and high-high interlock systems in the heating furnace are designed to prevent overheating caused by an excessive amount of fuel entering the furnace due to high fuel pressure, as well as to avoid serious accidents such as tube overheating and tube rupture resulting from coking of the furnace tubes
Setting up alarms is intended to prevent too much gas from entering the heating furnace in a short period of time, thus avoiding backfire, smoking, and excessively high outlet temperatures
Is it measuring the pressure at that location? Gas cylinder or in front of the furnace
The pressure in front of the furnace refers to the pressure in the pipeline at the valve position in front of the heating furnace, downstream of the temperature control valve for the fluid medium. This pressure setting triggers interlock shutdown for low-low and high-high conditions.
