I have worked in private companies, foreign companies, and joint ventures before; I feel that business trips with foreign companies are better, as the accommodation conditions and meal standards are higher

The core of a business is to maximize profits. They’re all the same.
The travel policies for state-owned enterprises are very rigid; even if discounted flight tickets are cheaper than train tickets, you’re not allowed to take a flight – it’s the prerogative of the managers. On engineer trains, you can only travel in hard seats; on high-speed trains, you can only travel and not sleep. If you violate the standards, you still have to write a self-criticism.
I have worked in state-owned enterprises, private companies, and foreign companies. The working environment in foreign companies in Europe and the United States is the best, along with excellent training programs. Some time ago, a monopolistic company approached me, but after some thought, I decided not to take the job.
