The company plans to install a 10-ton overhead crane in its factory building, using the workshop floor as the support point for the load. Is it necessary to engage a design institute to carry out the design for this equipment and produce load calculation results to prove that it can be used with this equipment? Is there a legal requirement that a design institute issue a design certificate for this equipment? If possible, could you please tell me the name of the regulation and the relevant clauses? The design institute should carry out the modification design, 1. If it is related to the original building, a reevaluation is required. 2.
