Why is the Klaus sulfur recovery system containing sulfur?

1. What are the temperature readings of each cooler, and are there any significant changes? The temperature change may be due to some of the sulfur in the gas phase not having turned into a liquid state; as for the air distribution, it could be the sulfur that was reduced later on. 3 Check whether there are any issues with the screen catcher. 4 Is the overall load significantly exceeding the design value? As mentioned above, when sulfur is introduced into the system, the first possible issue is that the temperature at the exit of the third cooler is too high; the next possibility is a problem with the collector; and another possible cause is inadequate heating/insulation for the exhaust pipelines.

Reply to 1# youyhg: 1. Are the outlet temperatures of each cooler within the normal range? Consider reducing the outlet temperatures of the coolers accordingly for better control； 2. It is possible that a certain capture mesh in each cooler is damaged, resulting in a reduced efficiency in capturing sulfur ； 3. Has there been any change in the system’s processing load? It is possible that the system load has increased, resulting in a small amount of sulfur not being captured and ending up in the latter part of the system ； 4. As sulfur passed through the capture mesh, mist entrainment occurred, resulting in some of the sulfur not being captured ； 5. The reduced activity of the converter catalyst results in a certain amount of hydrogen sulfide and sulfur dioxide in the exhaust gases coming from the rear section; under appropriate temperatures, prolonged exposure leads to the formation of sulfur as a byproduct of chemical reactions ； 6. Check each cooler’s sulfur discharge port to ensure that there are no blockages in the liquid sulfur lines
