What are the requirements needed to advance further in the workplace?
Personally, I think 1 one’s own abilities and qualifications are the foundation; 2 the ability to handle personnel matters; 3 good interpersonal relationships; 4 persistent effort and striving to gain the favor of supervisors. In short, gold does have a luster, but it can only shine brightly if it is seen!
It is necessary to consider comprehensive qualities: interpersonal skills, professional competence, a broad mind, and strong confidence
Rich knowledge and experience, strong abilities, and high emotional intelligence; opportunities
What was said above makes perfect sense; the sailors here are of such high moral standards that I feel inferior in comparison. . .
In state-owned enterprises, relationships determine everything; if the leaders say you’re competent, then you are competent, even if you aren’t; if they say you’re not competent, then you’re not competent, even if you are.
First, someone has to say you can do it! Secondly, those who say you can do it must be capable! In the end, I must be able to do it myself!
