Just graduated – what are you doing, and what are you thinking about, friends? Is the coal chemical industry promising? I would also appreciate some advice from a senior – what can help with growth and development?
I’m looking at computers, trying to find a job; one has to create their own future – there are outstanding people in every field.

As long as enough overtime pay is given, it doesn’t matter to work like a slave. The compensation for ordinary employees in the chemical industry is neither high enough compared to those in better positions nor low enough compared to those in worse positions; it’s a situation where they won’t starve but also won’t become rich. In any industry or position, one’s own abilities and connections are what matter most.
Just graduated, definitely trying hard to find a job
I graduated this year and gave up a large state-owned enterprise to work as a trainee at a foreign-owned grain company. To this day, I’m still wondering if the path I’ve taken is the right one.
