Evidence collection for vehicles on site

**On January 14, 2010, the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine issued the \"Notice on Adding Items to the Catalogue of Special Equipment,\" in which the types and varieties of vehicles used specifically within factories were listed. Loaders, excavators, and dump trucks were not included in this catalogue and are therefore not regulated as special equipment. As of the date of issuance of this notice, factory vehicles that are not included in the Supplementary List of Factory Vehicles will no longer be subject to inspection and testing, registration for use, supervision and inspection, certification for operators, or applications for renewal. For those applications for training to obtain certificates for special equipment operators that were accepted by inspection agencies prior to the issuance date of this notice, no further certification will be issued. For those units that had already undergone the initial inspection, periodic inspections, and registration prior to the date of issuance of this notice, they are required to fill out Attachments 2 and 3, and complete the cancellation procedures by the end of July 2010, so that no further mandatory inspections will be conducted. The list of factory vehicle equipment after cancellation must be approved with the signature of the using unit, and the licenses and certificates must be retrieved; the factory vehicle equipment for which the licenses and certificates have been cancelled should be declared invalid through a newspaper announcement. The status of the factory vehicle equipment in the database is changed to “demolished and other” after cancellation.
