I’m not very familiar with variable-speed systems. I have a question: under normal conditions, the output of a variable-speed system changes frequently. Could this affect the lifespan of the suction valve? In other words, when a variable-speed system is used, the suction valve operates frequently, causing fluctuations in system pressure and varying degrees of opening of the suction valve – could this lead to a reduced lifespan for the suction valve? How long has your equipment been using a variable-speed drive system?
When the infinitely variable adjustment system is in operation, the actuator of the intake valve remains active at all times. Whether the load is adjusted frequently or not, the actuator controls the opening time of the valve flap in a rhythmic manner; in other words, the frequency of movement of the valve flap remains constant. As a result, it has almost no impact on the lifespan of the valve flap. Furthermore, the actuator features a special design when controlling the valve disc, which reduces the impact on the disc; the principle is similar to that used by football players to stop the ball with their chests, as it allows for the absorption of impacts and prevents damage caused by shock vibrations to the valve disc.

If the gas station is operating normally, several aspects should be considered: (1) Check whether the DCS load signal is being transmitted to the field; inspect the wiring. (2) The oil mist connections for the inlet and outlet pipes may be incorrect
