Feeding method for the pipeline carrying refined sulfur to the storage tank

The filtered refined sulfur entering the storage tank is not fed below the liquid level; instead, it enters directly from the top of the tank. From a safety perspective, even if the equipment is equipped with static grounding wires, isn’t this approach inappropriate? Everyone, share your methods for pouring the liquid into the tank
The original design makes sense; do not make random changes. Although inserting it below the liquid level may cause blockages in the pipes, it is safer this way.

It’s almost inserted to the bottom of the tank; there’s no blockage, but the inner tube has been penetrated. Since the insulation steam is drawn out from the bottom of the tank, making repairs is quite troublesome
