Same as the original poster; more or less the same. Does the manufacturer have it?
The processing capacity is too low; a small sieve will suffice.
Is it effective to use a vibrating screen to process soda ash? What about the simultaneous processing capacity?
In Debang’s Huainan facility, it seems that vibrating screens were used on the light gray finished products, and the results were good – meeting the customer’s requirements; the equipment comes from Xinxiang
Vibratory screens are currently the main equipment used for screening heavy ash on a large scale; their processing capacity is typically 600 t/d, and they deliver good results. We have been using it for over a decade. However, high requirements are placed on the motors; they are basically imported, as are the bearings. Moreover, the bearings must come from the same manufacturer, otherwise synchronization will not be achieved.
Could you send an electronic version of the instruction manual for the vibrating screen on the 6th floor? Is it a vibrating screening machine? You can also provide the manufacturer’s contact information, thank you.
Upstairs, there is no electronic version of the manual; the vibrating screen we use was manufactured by us based on designs from Sulzer’s screens.
