For the three types of pressure vessels in use, a small dent was accidentally created on the cylinder body during equipment maintenance – how should this be dealt with?
Depending on the depth and area of the pit, handling is carried out in accordance with the regular inspection rules for pressure vessels.
Generally, it is polished first and then repaired, followed by flaw detection after the repair. Which flaw detection method to use depends on how stringent the requirements for your container are :)
