Formaldehyde issue

Previously, the urea and formaldehyde content in our factory’s products was around 0.16; now, with an increased amount of formaldehyde used, the content in the finished products is around 0.35. This has led to a problem, as the conductivity of the waste liquid is around 60 µS/cm. The moisture level is also above 0.4. Dear sea friends, could it be that formaldehyde is the cause of these two abnormal operating conditions? Also, with the load between 20,000 and 21,000, how much formaldehyde is appropriate to use?
