Is there anyone who is familiar with Bechtel? I went for an interview last week; I think I’ll get an offer. The base location is in Changning, Shanghai, and the salary is around 13K. I graduated six years ago – please share some advice!

It is said that one would go to the United States for a year of training, which actually amounts to doing work; I’m not sure if this system still exists nowadays. This salary is considered average in foreign-owned engineering companies.

The pace will definitely be faster than before. This salary is at the average level in Shanghai engineering companies.
