Is the result of the linear fitting accurate?

I have some data available now, and I want to use linear fitting for regression in order to identify the desired values. . . . Only fitting is done using EXCEL. The results seem inaccurate
If your data source is reliable and conforms to the principles of the established mathematical model, then the results obtained from fitting should be reliable. However, due to limitations in the amount of data and the appropriateness of its distribution, there may be certain deviations, which can be assessed using correlation factors. Mathematical patterns and inductive methods are reliable, but if the data source is unreliable or of poor quality, the results will inevitably be highly inaccurate.
Reply to 2# qugd: Great to see it! That makes a lot of sense. The data is reliable. But those complex mathematical models have not yet been applied. . . So the results are not very reliable
