The pipes are to be made by straight-seam submerged arc welding, using X70 material, and the total length required is about 1000 meters. Those who are interested please send me a quote. The wall thickness of the pipeline shall be not less than 10.5 mm； (After cold expansion) The bend should be at 90 degrees, the straight section shall be no less than 500 mm long, the wall thickness shall be no less than 12.6 mm, and the bending diameter shall be three times the original diameter. (Formed by high-frequency heating of straight-seam submerged arc welded pipes)

For bent pipes: 1120*12.9, with 500 mm of straight pipe section on each side, and a 4D curvature radius. It’s probably less than 80,000 yuan per piece, not including anti-corrosion measures
