I think it’s unreasonable. The burst pressure of a rupture disc under a positive pressure of 300 kPa is indeed a positive pressure value; whereas the safety device in negative-pressure equipment is designed to activate at a certain level of negative pressure.

There are many ways to ensure the safety of positive and negative pressures in equipment, and there are also rupture discs designed as part of a system that can provide protection against both positive and negative pressures simultaneously. If you want to know more, you need to provide the various parameters of the equipment and processes. If you can consider using a breather valve or a safety valve, that would also be a good choice.
Definitely not; we used 1.6 MPa dome-shaped blast discs here before, and they deformed even when negative pressure was applied!
Your question is easy to answer; you can use a two-way rupture disc. The negative pressure is set at -80 ka. The positive pressure can be designed based on the pressure tolerance of your device. For example, if your device can withstand a positive pressure of 300 kPa. You can then choose a vacuum-80ka blast; a rupture disc capable of withstanding around 200 kPa of positive pressure will suffice.
