I’m not very familiar with explosion-proof certification, and I’d like to know: if a product has only an explosion-proof certification from abroad, is it necessary to obtain a domestic explosion-proof certification in order to use it in China? Thank you!
It’s simple: when applying standards locally and there are conflicts, the latest, most authoritative, and stricter standards are generally followed. As long as the foreign explosion-proof certification is stricter than China’s regulations and falls within the scope of domestic standard requirements, it can be used without any problems.
