What process treatments are required for the gas entering the methanol tower before it goes into the synthesis tower? What are the control indicators? The process is a coal gasification process

First, the CO content in the gas to be processed must be adjusted to around 20% through a transformation process; thereafter, total sulfur levels must be reduced to below 0.1 ppm using low-temperature methanol washing, while keeping the CO2 content in the purified gas at 2.5%-3.0%.
Mainly, the purification unit is used for desulfurization and decarburization; generally, the sulfur content is kept at 0.2 ppm before it enters the synthesis tower. Advanced desulfurization is carried out within the synthesis unit, resulting in a sulfur content of 20 ppb after this process.
