Process for producing formaldehyde from crude alcohols

Dear teachers: Is there any mature process for producing formaldehyde from crude methanol? Please provide the manufacturers and their contact numbers. For plants that produce formaldehyde along with urotropine from refined methanol, using crude methanol directly as a substitute for refined methanol can easily lead to poisoning of the silver catalyst, resulting in its failure. If the formaldehyde production plant is to be modified, some manufacturers suggest using molecular sieves or special dissociators – is this appropriate? What needs to be done? Thank you first.
The new formaldehyde production processes no longer use silver as a catalyst; iron-based catalysts are now used instead.
It involves adding some additives to enable the adsorption and purification of components that can affect the silver catalyst, thereby not interfering with its use; currently, activated carbon and carbonyl compound removers are commonly used for this purpose
